choose from. The database for powder coat is growing every day. Sometimes we
will use a two coat process to get the desired color. When necessary, we can
send a sample to a manufacture to make a custom match at an additional cost
to the customer, though it is very rarely needed. What is powdercoating?
Simply the coating is a fine grain powder composed of polyester, epoxy and
acrylic resin combined to offered in thousand colors and textures. Applied
through a electrostatic discharging spray gun and then cured in a oven. What's the difference between Custom Powder Coating and
Production Line Coating? In a conveyor line shop the
parts are hung with other jobs the same color. We approach every job
individually. Even if your job is the same color as the next job, we do one
job at a time. This avoids any mix up with parts.Every part is different and
some parts require intricate detail. Our process insures that each piece is
handled with diligent and accurate care. Can I ship my parts to you? Yes, we have a full time, 1,000
square foot shipping and receiving department. Be assured that your parts
will processed and shipped so they arrive to you with out damage. We will
ship UPS, FedEx or USPS based upon your preference.
