About Us: Looking for Custom Coatings for your ride? Next Generation located in Western MA offers a variety of custom coating for cars, motorcycle, bikes and cars. We offer custom powder coating, metal polishing, ceramic exhaust coating, airbrushing, and custom paint for your ride. We specialize in refinishing motorcycle and car parts with either custom metal polish, powder coat, high temperature ceramic coat or paint. Custom Powder Coating Services Powder coating is a relative newcomer in coating industry. This coating technique has been gaining popularity in both the manufacturing and custom process of automotive and motorcycles. Our custom powder coating facility is stocked with thousands of colors to choose from allowing the customer flexibility and creative license when having work done. We offer flat, gloss, mirror finish, metallic, wrinkle and hammer tones to name a few. We offer powder coating for car and bike parts including wheels, engine parts, suspension parts, frames and accessories. Since powder coating is durable, household items can also be coated for extend life of common items we find in our home. Some items include railing, lawn furniture, lighting and heating vents.
	Metal Polishing Services We pride ourselves on our expertise and high quality polish work. We specialize in automotive and motorcycle metal polishing. After inspecting the part for surface defects, and distortion we make any repairs necessary each piece may be prepped differently. Depending on the defect we may need to weld to build areas up or hammer out dents. After the prep work is done the piece is ready for cutting, with different compounds and cutting wheels. This technique prepares the metal for polishing. Using a gradation of finer materials and tools the part is polished until it becomes a mirror finish.
Ceramic E xhaust Coating Services Ceramic Exhaust Coating is designed to maintain adhesion at high temperatures. The high temperature coating or htc coating increase performance, and protection from corrosion and oxidation. The ceramic exhaust coating technique can withstand temperature in excess of 1600 degrees Fahrenheit.
	Custom Paint Shop Where it all started. Robert Tringali has been painting custom cars, trucks and bikes for 20 years. It is his dedication to detail that makes his paint jobs show winners. Books, magazines even Johnny Lightning die casts are all places that you will find Next Generations' paint work.
Media Blasting Media blasting is a term used to describe one process that uses a wide range of products. Our preference is aluminum oxide, however on occasion we use different products. Never will we use sand or glass bead for a part that will be powder coated. The silica content will cause adhesion problems for powder coating.	Art and Airbrushing Services Our in house artist, Earl Smith of Wicked Creations located in Westfield MA, is the newest member to Next Generation. His addition has given us the last piece of the puzzle. Incorporating Earls' work with our high standard of paint work has been a hit.
